16 Fresh peeled and de-veined prawns
1 Tsp minced garlic
2 bay leaves
4 Medium strength red chillis
150ml olive oil
Salt and pepper
Preheat oven grill. Place the prawns, bay leaves, chillies and garlic in one large oven proof serving dish. Pour the olive oil over the prawns and sprinkle a little salt and pepper over the prawns.
Place the dish under the preheated grill. Cook the prawns until just pink and cooked (2-3 minutes maximum).
Remove them from under the grill and serve immediately.
